Tony is a performance-driven coach, Marine Corps veteran, and lifelong student of human potential. With over a decade of experience coaching athletes of all levels — from everyday members to D1-caliber competitors and nationally ranked track athletes — Tony blends elite-level programming with a deep passion for personal growth and community.

 

He holds certifications in NASM, NASM-PES, PPSC, FMS-L1, and USAW-L1, giving him a multidisciplinary lens for improving confidence, movement, resilience, and long-term athletic development. His Marine Corps background shaped a coaching style grounded in grit, structure, and relentless accountability, but also empathy, patience, and a deep respect for every person who walks through his doors. Whether he’s breaking down barbell mechanics, optimizing strength cycles, or fine-tuning an athlete’s mindset, Tony brings a detail-oriented approach built on intention and precision. The foundation of his coaching is simple: his athletes’ goals become his goals.
